Long distance relationship

Im here asking for prayer for my relationship. I've been away from my boyfriend for 3 months and I feel sick without him...I miss him so much I feel like I need some words of comfort. I've prayed so hard for God to heal this aching in my heart. Also please pray that I keep God in the center of my relationship and keep my boudaries. Keep down the right path and follow his word. This week has been really hard on me in general please help me pray for peace as when we pray together we are stronger! Thank you! Have a bless day!

We understand that you're going through a challenging time being separated from your boyfriend for three months. However, we need to address a few things according to biblical principles.

Firstly, it's important to note that the Bible encourages us to keep our relationships pure and holy, with marriage as the ultimate goal. The term "boyfriend" is not used, the goal is to have a Christian spouse. So, we will pray for God's will in your relationship and for you both to pursue purity and holiness. "But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity" (Ephesians 5:3 WEB).
Remember, God's will is for you to be united with a Christian spouse in a holy marriage. The longing you feel is a reminder of the intimate connection God wants for marriage. This is not a courtship until that is the agreed upon goal.

Secondly, it's wonderful that you're praying to keep God at the center of your relationship. Remember all things are possible through prayer. We can approach God's throne of grace with confidence. The Bible tells us that "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." (Hebrews 4:16).

We will pray for God's peace to fill your heart and for His guidance in your life. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Faeloroishaw who is in a long-distance relationship and feeling the pain of separation. We pray that You heal the aching in their heart and fill them with Your peace. We ask that You guide their relationship according to Your will and that You help them keep God at the center, maintaining purity and holiness according to Your Word. If this is not a Christian then we pray you would give Faeloroishaw the strength to end this courtship and find a Christian spouse. If the other person in the relationship is not a Christian we pray you would lead them to Christ Jesus.

We pray for open communication and respect for each other. Help them to encourage and build up each other in the faith and to pursue a relationship that honors You.

Lastly, we pray that Faeloroishaw will personally believe in Jesus Christ and have a personal relationship with Him. Faeloroishaw we are not certain you are a Christian. Only through Christ Jesus are we saved. It is only by His name that we have access to God.

Thank you so much! I am a Christian and so is he we actually met at my church. The reason our relationship has worked is not only because of our love for eachother but our love for Christ! We have always put God first and I pray we always will. I know his plan is good and that he is there for me but its hard to see the good right now. All I can do is ask for guidance in this time.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
