Lockdowns for Businesses Not for Criminals

Are we ok with stealing? Looting? Riots, check, but opening businesses, uncheck? Have we lost our minds? Is it ok to destroy government property which is funded by tax dollars? Is Are you on the fence?

May we not judge by color or skin but content of character ~ MLK (which character, I might add, becomes clear during trials) — IJN

So 2 wrongs make a right in your eyes?That storeowners who had nothing to do with it, who may not even side with the cop , and some who may even be black themselves, should "pay the price"?That ALL should pay the price for what SOME do? My relationship with God is more important to me than anything or anyone. I place it above all relationships. Let me tell you what rebellious against God is... witnessing so "call" Christians and prayer warriors agree with the hypocrisy, sarcasm, disrespect, deception, anger, racism, bullying, pathological lying, and ugliness in "elected" officials. And if any Christian approves of that type of behavior either don't know the Word of God, they are not sifting that behavior through the Word of God, or they don't care what the Word of God says (rebellious), as long as their team wins. And that speaks volumes about that person's relationship with God. My Team will have the last word. I am on Team Jesus. And I have read and listened to the Book of Revelation many times. And each time I read or listen to it, my team, Team Jesus, wins.

The way you view God will eventually show up in the way you live your life and what you stand for. If you love God you will stand for the TRUTH. God's Word is TRUTH. All lives matter to God, not just the unborn.

Pray for our Nation. Pray that racism and police brutality will stop. Pray that the system that set up systemic racism burns to the grown.

Explain to me how that family feels when they were lied to by the State Coroner why their loved one died. An Independent Autopsy Finds George Floyd's Death Was Homicide By Asphyxia, At Odds With Original Results. The nation watched this man be murdered.

I know, I'm "only white" so I can't understand what blacks have been through. You're not the first one to imply that. And the answers are tied in. Let's say them and the whites with them are "fed up with" racism. The answers are tied in because the RESULT OF their anger and frustration is these riots , where rocks are thrown through storefronts, etc.So their anger results in rioting,people who own the stores "paying the price" whether they agree with their cause or not, and curfews imposed that make others "pay the price." So yeah, their anger at what happened is being channeled at some who aren't guilty of racism , are nuetral, and some whom may even side with them. Coupled with the fact that their actions are just as violent as those they oppose.Or isn't vandalism just as much a sin as racism?

Steven, God woke me up this morning (May 5th, 2020) and spoke, “Darker days are coming for this Nation.” We have got to pray for our Nation to come together in Unity. Pray that the Christians in our Nation will walk in love, truth, and unity (Democrats, Independents, Nonpartisan, and Republicans) according to the Word of God. Pray that the hypocrisy will cease when it comes to the Christians and their Political Parties because right now some Christians are giving Christianity a bad name. And it looks so ugly, real ugly. The word hypocrite is not a good name for any Christian to ware and some are wearing the name Hypocrite proudly. The definition of a hypocrite is a person who puts on a false appearance of uprightness, integrity, or religion. It is a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings. As Christians, we all need to be checking in with God on a regular consistent schedule, to check our thoughts and actions with God, according to the Word of God. We need to pray that God shows us ourselves, and allow God to work on our hearts.

Pray for our Nation. Pray that racism and police brutality will stop. Pray that the system that set up systemic racism burns to the grown.

I'm just curious to see if you feel that rioting is the most constructive way to deal with it, and if you could admit that, vandalism is as big a sin as racism?
