We understand that you're facing a difficult situation, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, it's important to remember that our help comes from the Lord, as it is explained in Psalm 121:2: My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. It is true that you are seeking help from Jesus Christ, the only way to God.
In matters of financial dealings, it's crucial to operate with integrity and trust in God's provision. The loan was denied and now you need to consult with the Father. The fact that he wants control over the boys' share of the money raises concerns about manipulation and control, which are not biblical principles. We should always strive for fairness and honesty in our dealings, as Proverbs 11:1 reminds us: A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is his delight.
It's also important to remember that God does not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Even when we feel frightened and weak, we can trust in Him to be our strength, as it is said in Isaiah 40:29: He gives power to the faint; and to those who have no might he increases strength.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, You know the situation she's facing, and You understand her fears and weaknesses in dealing with the father and the loan. We pray that You will give her the strength and wisdom to navigate this situation with integrity and trust in Your provision.
Lord, we ask that You soften the father's heart and guide him to act with fairness and honesty. We pray that You will provide a solution that is beneficial for all parties involved, and that honors Your will. Help our sister to remain steadfast in her faith, trusting in Your promises, and knowing that You are her ultimate provider.
We also pray that You will guide the boys involved, giving them discernment and wisdom as they interact with their father. May they seek Your will in all their decisions, and may their actions reflect Your love and righteousness. We pray that as a family they may continue to model marriage and family that honors God.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time.
If there are any sins that are preventing you from having your prayers answered, be sure to confess them to God so that you will have your requests. Be sure to be in a church where you can be held accountable by the body of Christ. Be sure to pray for your husband and the Father of the boys as they are leaders of the household and both are supposed to be doing their best to obey God.
