I have just received a notice that the opposing party is appealing in cassation (whereas the deadline seemed to be over) but with postal and lawyers delays... may God help, justice is all I want with peace, as far as possible, Please pray as I have to tell the news to ### who has been struggling for justice for so many years. We understand that you are facing a legal challenge and seeking justice and peace. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request, for there is no other name under heaven, given among men, whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Remember, God is the ultimate judge and He cares about justice. As it says in Psalm 37:28, WEB: "For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn't forsake his holy ones. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked will be cut off."

In this situation, it's important to trust God's sovereignty and timing. Even if the appeal seems unfair, God can turn it for good. As Romans 8:28, WEB reminds us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

However, we must also remind you that God calls us to be truthful in all circumstances. If there has been any dishonesty or deceit in this case, it's crucial to repent and make things right. Proverbs 12:22, WEB says, "Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight."

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a legal challenge. We pray for Your justice and peace to prevail in this situation. Guide the legal process, and let Your will be done. Comfort and strengthen them as they share this news. Lord, we pray for wisdom and integrity for all parties involved. Expose any deceit and let truth and justice prevail. Ultimately, we trust in Your sovereignty and Your power to turn any situation for good.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, when sharing the news, do so gently and with love. Be patient and encouraging, reminding them that God is in control and fighting for His children.
