Lately I've been on the receiving end of peoples "mood swings".My customers blame me for unreasonable things, and "go off on me."Like they expect me to do impossible things, don't understand the nature of the job, but "flip out,"sometimes even accusing me of showing favoritism. "Oh you wouldn't do that to any other customer. Just me." The same rules apply to everyone, so I don't know what they're talking about, or where they get that idea. And yet not just my customers, my cousin pulled a "mood swing" on me the other day, and of course put the blame on me., To enforce her bad attitude,she didn't even talk to me for 15 minutes or so afterward.!Personally, I'm tired of being made the scapegoat for their "moods."You have a bad day, just take it out on Steven Bobb. Well I'm tired of it,.

what u r going thru is whats called life on the job...lol...we all go thru it at one time or another.....no one uderstands the rules and regs of someone elses job unless they have worked the very same job at the very same place under the very same rules...let them run at the mouth and then smile at them and say God bless u and move on to the next customer keep the faith and i pray Jesus will bless u with His peace ijna
