Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of hope and trust in Your divine plan. Lord, we lift up the relationship between ### and ### to You. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We believe that You have a purpose for this relationship and that Your plans are always for good.
Father, we ask for healing and restoration for the wounds and hurts that have come between ### and ###. Your Word in Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that Your healing touch would mend the brokenness and bring wholeness to their hearts.
Lord, we plead the precious Blood of Jesus over this relationship. Let the power of His sacrifice break every chain of bondage and unforgiveness that may be holding ### and ### back from experiencing the fullness of Your love and grace. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you," we pray for a spirit of forgiveness and reconciliation to flow between them.
Father, we also ask that You would bind ### and ### together in love and unity, leading them towards a future of marriage if it be Your will. In Colossians 3:14, it is written, "And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony." May Your love be the foundation upon which their relationship is built.
We trust in Your timing and Your ways, Lord. We pray all of this in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
