Firstly, let's address the fact that God does hear everyone being made in His image. So God does hear sinners, and if that was not the case then no one would be available to be saved. Next, we need to compare scripture with scripture for accurate biblical interpretation. It is the shed blood of Jesus Christ that guarantees us an audience with God.
