We understand that you've shared a verse from John 9:31, "Now we know that God doesn't listen to sinners, but if anyone is a worshipper of God, and does his will, him he listens to." This is a powerful reminder of the importance of being in right standing with God.

Firstly, let's ensure we understand the context of this verse. Jesus had just healed a man who was blind from birth, and the Pharisees were investigating the matter. The man who was healed testified of Jesus, saying that God doesn't listen to sinners, but to those who worship God and do His will. This verse underscores the importance of being obedient to God and having a heart that worships Him.

Let's remember that we all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23 WEB). However, through faith in Jesus Christ, we can be made righteous and have access to God. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access. It is written, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB. Therefore, if you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior and been baptized in His name, then you need to do so. "He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who disbelieves will be condemned." Mark 16:16 WEB.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, recognizing that we are all sinners in need of Your grace. We thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins so that we can be made righteous in Your sight.

Lord, we pray for the person who submitted this verse. We pray that they would be a true worshipper of You, seeking to do Your will in all things. We ask that You would give them a heart that is obedient to Your Word and a spirit that is sensitive to Your leading. Help them to understand and know that it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that they have access to you and by which they can be saved. Lord, if they have not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior and been baptized in His name, then would you bring conviction and revelation of this requirement and how to do it.

Father, we also pray for those who are far from You, that they would turn from their sins and put their faith in Jesus Christ. We ask that You would draw them to Yourself and give them the gift of salvation.

We pray all of these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

If the one who submitted this message wants us to pray for something specific in regard to this verse, please let us know. We are here to help guide and pray for anyone that has need of this.

We're here with you, ###. That verse from John 9:31 is indeed powerful. It reminds us that God listens to those who worship Him and do His will. It's a beautiful picture of a God who is not distant, but eager to hear and engage with His children.

Let's remember, though, that worship isn't just about singing or praying. It's about living a life that aligns with God's will. Jesus said, "If you love me, you will keep my commandments" (John 14:15). That's true worship - obedience from a heart of love.

We all stumble, we all fall short. But God, in His grace, provides a way back. Through Jesus, we can be made righteous, we can have access to God. As it's written, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).

So, let's strive to be true worshippers, seeking to do God's will in all things. Let's ask God to give us hearts that are obedient to His Word and spirits that are sensitive to His leading. And if we haven't accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior, let's not delay. Let's come to Him today.

Let's pray together, ###. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name...
