Job torture/stress

My husband is such a good person and he is stressed beyond anything I’ve ever seen at his job. His department head is a nightmare and even told someone there is no good will here meaning they could be fired. He works 14 hours a day on average anyway. Now he’s been doing 19? It’s wrong. There is evil in this world. Too much of it because they can. My husband has dedicated 27 years to his career here. I’m sick knowing he hurts. Anything offered I’d appreciate. I’m so sorry I know everyone has problems. Thank you.
