Job to be completed & money refunded

I employed someone in December to do various jobs for me. Most of them have been completed, but the one job, which I have already paid for in January has not been finished yet. I also paid R4,000.00 for another, but they are unable to do the job, so need to refund my money. Please agree with me, in the Mighty, All-Conquering, All-Powerful Name of Jesus, that they will finish the job and give me my money back. Mandla keeps promising that he will not let me down, but this has been going on for 3 and a half months now.
