We understand your need to sell your house quickly and for profit as you transition to a new job in another state. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our homes and jobs. It is wonderful that you have a better paying job offer, and we trust that God will provide a way for you to sell your house as well.
Remember in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." God is always mindful of you and your situation. Your heavenly Father is the one that provides all good things. Remember in Matthew 7:11, "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him." Also remember in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We encourage you to pray for God's will to be done in this situation. It is important to remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. In Proverbs 16:9, "A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps." Trust that God will direct your steps in this process.
We also want to remind you that making a profit on your house is something to pray about. In Proverbs 23:4, "Do not be weary to be diligent, for you will reap if you do not faint." It is good to be diligent and to want a profit, but do not let this be your main focus. Trust in God's provision.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of selling their house quickly and for profit. We thank You for the better paying job offer, while also seeking Your will in this situation. We fully trust in Your provision and direction. Give them wisdom in this process and help them to trust in You completely. We ask this in Jesus name.
In the meantime, be encouraged and trust in God's timing and provision. May God bless you and guide you through this transition.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
