Job Protection, Favors and Victory

I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over me. Jesus, I pray for Your favors, guidance and protection over and around me. I pray for Your ministry angels, hedge of protection and full armor as I work my next scheduled day. I love my job but employer of many years wants me to work unrealistically extra hours at work. I cannot due to me caring for my son. The acting manager was very treating and forceful toward me saying if I cannot commit to working those hours then I would have to resign. I have worked with this company for over ### years and I am very dedicated and was well recognize within the company. Even won several awards within this company. I rebuke any spirit of instigation, manipulation, corruption and jealousy to be expose and flee and never return. Jesus, please help me understand this. Jesus, I have never have to resign or gotten fired for any of my previous jobs. I am putting all my faith and trust in You, Lord to give me the wisdom, knowledge, strength, grace, favors and victory through this situation. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen

Firstly, we acknowledge your faith and trust in Jesus Christ, which is crucial in every situation. It is only through His name that we have access to God and can be saved. We stand with you in prayer, pleading the blood of Jesus Christ over you, and praying for His favors, guidance, and protection. We pray for a hedge of protection and the full armor of God around you as you navigate this situation.

Regarding your employer's demands, we must consider what the Bible says about work and our priorities. "Don't be deceived, my beloved brothers. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow" (James 1:16-17 WEB). "Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need" (Ephesians 4:28 WEB).

It is commendable that you are prioritizing the care of your son. Children are a gift from God, and it is our responsibility to care for them. "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward" (Psalm 127:3 WEB).

We pray that God will grant you wisdom and discernment in handling this situation. We rebuke any spirit of intimidation, manipulation, corruption, and jealousy that may be at work, and we pray that any such schemes will be exposed and fled.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing this challenging situation at work. We plead the blood of Jesus over them and pray for Your divine protection, guidance, and favor. Grant them the wisdom, knowledge, strength, and grace to navigate this situation. Expose any schemes of the enemy and grant our brother/sister victory in this trial. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in God, knowing that He is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Stand firm in your faith, and remember that God is your provider and protector.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
