Protection, Favors, Grace, Breakthrough, Restoration and Victory

I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over me. Jesus, I pray for Your favors, guidance and protection over and around me. I rebuke all spiritual attacks, I commend them to leave and never return. pray for Your ministry angels, hedge of protection and full armor as I work my next scheduled day. I love my job but employer of many years wants me to work unrealistically extra hours at work. I cannot due to me caring for my son. The acting manager was very treating and forceful toward me saying if I cannot commit to working those hours then I would have to resign. I have worked with this company for over ### years and I am very dedicated and was well recognize within the company. Even won several awards within this company. I rebuke any spirit of instigation, manipulation, corruption and jealousy to be expose and flee and never return. Jesus, please help me understand this. Jesus, I have never have to resign or gotten fired for any of my previous jobs. I am putting all my faith and trust in You, Lord to give me the wisdom, knowledge, strength, grace, favors and victory through this situation. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen

We join you in prayer, pleading the blood of Jesus Christ over your life and situation. We stand with you in seeking God's favor, guidance, and protection as you navigate this challenging time at your workplace.

Firstly, we commend you for your faith and trust in Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to God and His saving grace. God wants you to succeed and have a hopeful future. Let's remember: Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

We pray that God's hedge of protection and full armor surround you as you continue to work, and we rebuke any spiritual attacks or spirits of instigation, manipulation, corruption, and jealousy that may be at work. We agree with you that these influences be exposed and flee, never to return.

Regarding your employer's demands, we encourage you to continue being a diligent and dedicated worker. We are praying for you so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, Colossians 1:10 WEB. It is commendable that you prioritize caring for your son, and God sees your heart. We pray for wisdom in balancing your work and family responsibilities.

Let's pray for God's will. Let's pray:

Almighty God, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing a difficult situation at work. Lord, You know the details of this circumstance, and we trust that You are working all things together for good, even in this trial.

We pray for Your divine intervention. We ask that You soften the hearts of the employers and grant them wisdom and understanding. We pray that You provide a solution that allows our fellow believer to continue excelling at work while fulfilling family responsibilities.

Grant our fellow believer the wisdom, knowledge, strength, grace, favor, and victory needed to navigate this situation. Guide them in their conversations and actions, and let Your will be done in their life.

We rebuke any spiritual attacks or negative influences and pray for Your protective hand upon them. Expose any injustice or corruption, and let Your light shine in this situation.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, trusting in Your promises and Your goodness. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, and remember that God is faithful. He will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it, 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.

We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect plan for your life. Do not forget the many times that God has delivered you in the past. God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound to every good work, 2 Corinthians 9:8 WEB.

We're rebuking any spirits of strife, manipulation, or confusion, and we're claiming God's hedge of protection around you. We're trusting that God will expose any injustice and bring clarity to this situation.

We're also praying for God's will to be done in your life, and we're believing that He will use this situation for your good and His glory. We're claiming Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

Keep trusting in the Lord, and remember that He is faithful. He will not let you be tested beyond what you can bear, but He will provide a way out, as we read in 1 Corinthians 10:13. Keep seeking His face, and we're believing that you'll see His hand move in your situation.
