We understand that you are seeking a new job opportunity and are also waiting for a release letter from your current employer. We are here to pray with you and encourage you. Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, Jesus himself said in John WEB 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We encourage you that Hebrews WEB 13:5 "Be content with what you have, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you." And in 2 Corinthians WEB 9:8 "God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work."
Prayer:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking a new job opportunity. We pray that You would open the right doors and grant them favor in the sight of their potential employers. We also pray that You would soften the heart of their current boss, that they may release the permit and letter needed without delay. We ask that You would guide our sibling in Christ to the job that You have prepared for them, a place where they can use their gifts and talents to serve You and others.
We pray for these requests knowing that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ and his blood shed on the cross that we can come to the Father and ask these things. We remember that God is faithful and will provide for all our needs according to His riches in glory. We ask these things in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
If the job offer comes with strings attached that would cause you to violate biblical principles, such as dishonesty, compromising your Christian witness, or working in an industry that is not God honoring, then we pray for your continued patience and wisdom to discern the Lord's will and for Him to provide a job where you will not be put in a position to compromise your faith.

Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, who is the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).
