Man, that could be a long way off. Hopefully whoever you are listening to expounds on working out your salvation with fear and trembling. You might not be alive when Jesus returns in the clouds. He might have already made up his mind for those who will reign with him for 1,000 years before the second death (Psalm 72), and until the Antichrist takes his seat in the east as the abomination of desolation spoken by Daniel and Jesus, the mark of the beast is distributed, God will know who his other children truly are that refuse to give allegiance to the beast. Those people may lie in their graves for a long time. The ones the scriptures say their heads will be cut off.

Also, I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands.

I don't anticipate an imminent rapture. While I do believe in its future appointed time, I refuse to set a specific date. Doing so is a misguided teaching and can be very hazardous. According to the scriptures, we are called to repent and believe. If any bible teacher or minister fails to preach this message with love and the genuine truth of the gospel of Christ, it's best to seek guidance from someone else.

Many people are hesitant to do what's right and put in the hard work required to seek Jesus' help in the present, not in the future. This attitude can be harmful to families, particularly those who claim to be Christians but do not truly follow the teachings. This is similar to the situation described in the Bible, where some people claim to be Jews but are not and are part of the Synagogue of Satan.

Are we to look for Jesus returning soon or not? I didn’t ever set a date so why are you thinking that I did?

I’m not being nitpicky and this is out of love but what did you do to deserve what Jesus did for you? Please back that up with Scripture.

I really thought you’d do your best to answer me but you didn’t. No worries and just because I told you about someone I listened to doesn’t mean that I look to them for my Truth, I do only look to God/Jesus for my Truth!

I don't understand this sentiment. "We will know Him as He knows Us" in a future tense?

I seek Him while He may be found and share the good news with others, confront doctrine that is not sound, or tell people to whom I pray.

Are you referring to Romans 8:27? 27 And he who searches the hearts of men knows what is the mind of the Spirit because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
