We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing with insomnia and anxiety. These issues can indeed be debilitating, but we are encouraged by the hope we have in Jesus Christ. Firstly let us address that all our help comes in Jesus name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Let us be reminded of the importance of calling on the name of Jesus, as there is power in the name of Jesus.
The Bible tells us, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
In times of trouble, we should call on the name of Jesus knowing that For God didn't give us a spirit of fear but of power, love and self control, 2 Timothy 1:7. Let us pray together for your deliverance.
Dear Lord, we come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is struggling with insomnia and anxiety. We pray for Your healing touch upon their life. God, You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1 WEB. We ask that You grant them peaceful nights and calm their anxious heart. Lord we know that your mercies are new every morning and that your faithfulness is great, Lamentations 3:22-23. We ask you to fill them with your joy and strength each day. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them, 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Guide them to seek and rest in your presence.
In the meantime, we encourage you to read and meditate on God's Word, especially the Psalms, which can bring comfort and peace to your heart. Seek out Christian community and support, and remember that God is always with you, even in the darkest nights. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. Do not be tempted to find relief from prescription drugs that were not prescribed to you or other means that are not approved by your doctor. God is faithful, and He will see you through this challenging time.
