Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that this situation needs to be addressed. It is crucial to recognize that our thoughts and actions should align with God's will. The Bible tells us to take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB). The fact that you are experiencing mental instability and engaging in harmful behaviors to prolong time with this person indicates a deep spiritual issue that needs to be addressed.
We must also address the issue of self-harm. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are to honor God with our bodies (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB). Engaging in self-harm is not honoring to God and is a sign of deep emotional and spiritual distress.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is struggling with soul ties and emotional bondage. Lord, we ask that You sever any ungodly soul ties that have formed, and release them from this bondage in Jesus' name.
Father, we pray for mental clarity and wisdom. Help them to see this situation through Your eyes and give them the strength to walk away from any relationship that is not honoring to You. Guide them in wisdom to make choices that honor Your will for them and help them to grow in their relationship with You.
We also pray for healing from the self-harm and that You would help them to honor their body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. Lord, we ask that You would bring godly counsel into their life to help them walk through this situation. We pray that this will not be a battle that they have to face alone.
Finally, Lord, we pray that through this trial, they would draw closer to You and the power of the Holy Spirit. That they would know Your love, Your peace, and Your comfort in a deeper and more meaningful way. And that this will be a testimony of Your grace, mercy, and healing power.

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
