We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with significant debt and the difficulty of selling your condo. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for trying to focus on Jesus and rebuke the devil. It is important during trying times. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have any power or access to God. If you have not already, both you and your wife need to believe. Confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you both will be saved.
Remember that God is faithful, and He cares for you and your family. In His word he says to cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. As it says,
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings.

Regarding your debt, it is crucial to manage your finances wisely and trust in God's provision.
Wealth from getting nowhere disappears; but whoever gathers by labor shall increase.

We also want to address the stress and pressure that this situation is putting on your marriage. It is important to stand together in faith and love. God has called husbands to love their wives and wives to respect their husbands.
Husband, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it.

We will pray for your condo to sell for the provision you need, but remember we do not serve a God who only loves us when we are prosperous. We serve a God who loves us and himself became poor so that we could become rich in salvation through Jesus Christ. We should be content in all circumstances, as contentment with godliness is great gain.
For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can't carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that.
But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family who is struggling with debt and the burden of selling their condo. We pray for Your divine intervention, that You would bring a suitable buyer who would pay a fair price. We ask that You would provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory.
We also pray for their marriage, that You would strengthen their bond and help them stand together in faith and love. Help them to manage their finances wisely and trust in Your provision. Rebuke the devil and his attacks on their family, and help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
