We understand that you're not comfortable with pretending, especially when it comes to an Easter play. It's important to remember that God values authenticity and truth. In Ephesians 4:25 WEB, it is written, "Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another."

Let's pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our sister/brother who is feeling uncomfortable with pretending in an Easter play. Father You know her/his heart and her/his desire to be authentic. We ask that You guide her/him and give her/him the wisdom to know what to do. Help her/him to honor You in all her/his actions. If there is a way, please allow her/him to convey the truth of Easter, the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and the salvation message that is the gospel message. Your Word tells us that whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. We ask that you give the increase from what happens at this event. Allow seeds of faith and belief in Jesus Christ to be planted and grown. You know everything about each person involved. We ask that you touch the lives of everyone in attendance. If this event is not honoring You, then we pray that You direct our sister/brother in a way that does honor You and does glorify Your name.

If this sister/brother has not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, then we pray that You will lead them to do so. Use this Easter event to touch their heart for You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen

Remember, it's okay to feel uncomfortable with certain situations, but God can use your willingness to glorify His name. We ask that You use this event to touch lives, planting seeds of faith and belief in Jesus. You know each person involved, so we pray that You'll touch their lives in a meaningful way. If this event isn't honoring You, please guide our friend to a path that does.

If our friend hasn't accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray that You'll use this Easter event to touch their heart, leading them to You.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
