A Prayer For You And Your Love Ones: God I ask You in Jesus' name bless me and all those I love and care about to accept the gift of salvation through Christ Jesus. Save us all Lord Jesus and become our Savior and Lord. God may we all come to know, love, and obey You. Bless us with love, power, a sound mind, and excellent health. Heal us Lord Jesus in all areas of our lives. Bless us with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of the things of God and the purpose you created each of us for. Bless us with the desire to seek Your face, embrace, and surrender to Your will. Give us the desire and cause us to meditate upon Your Word daily. God bless us with the strength and spirit of obedience to be doers of Your Word and not just hearers and readers of Your Word. I want you to know I can empathize with everything that you just said, and I truly mean that. So I’m coming to you not as a sympathizer, but full of empathy and much more important than that, the answer on how to start moving from hopelessness to happiness and a much more. You have to remember one thing, often times we are attacked by the enemy. When we are about to come into a new season and walk with Jesus, the unfortunate part is what the enemy does makes it feel, and I emphasize the word “feel”, as though we are alone, and God isn’t listening which you know nothing is further from the truth. I know its hard, even the thought of getting out of your bed and getting outside so you can feel the sun even if it is chilly out seems like a daunting task, again when you’re in this season, please try not to base everything on your feelings. Fight to move opposite the feeling, in other words, if you just want to lay in bed, it’s because it’s easier not to deal with some thing than it is to deal with it. Start speaking out loud everything God has done for you that you can remember, all the hardships that you have been through that God has helped you with, and remember that the work that was started in you will not be finished until completion. God is with you right now, please realize this fact, reach out for him scream for him, call him on his promise! I will come into agreement with you, that you will not be bound by depression, you will not be bound in hidden away by fear, that fear is a liar, you are a child of the living God in nothing can take that from you. I also speak out against any dark spirit that is trying to keep you down and miserable to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. I ask that God send you. As many angels as it takes to keep you, well, protected and moving forward. And I thank you Jesus for the bravery of this person to speak out and ask for help from fellow lovers of Christ! I’m not sure if you realize, but you already took the first step on getting out of this mindset. Start digging into the word again put on the helmet as well as the rest of the armor of God. And start remembering the promises, he made to keep you, to give you a life of abundance, love, clarity, and most importantly, remember that this is not our true home. When God decides it’s time, that is where our real life begins. I pray that this has helped your heart, and know that I love you more importantly, know that God loves you so intensely that he is willing to do whatever it takes to help you from this situation you were in. It’s gonna be OK, because God promised.

Wow you have no idea how much this blessed me today thank you for your kindness and for speaking truth. I had struggled with depression many years ago and overcame it but this time has felt 100x worse.
And after having to deal with many of my unexplained physical issues for a year now, lately I just am so weary. Whatever is going on in my body has stolen my sleep which is one of the hardest parts and physically I don’t even recognize myself anymore. Being only 26 and trying to figure out medically whats been going on has been so challenging.
It helps so much to hear from a Christian that’s on the other side of depression. It feels so isolating when everyone around me is doing so well and I’m not.
I needed that reminder about feelings and the enemies lies. lately I started believing them.

When I was feeling the way, you are right now I pray to God to show me how to get out of this funk, it’s kind of funny how I asked him to do that, I literally asked him to show me a link online where I could find a verse in the Bible that could help me. To make a long story short, he brought me to a site where I was to pray for another person so I wrote this poem if you will, and I’m telling you right now it was 100% the Holy Spirit because it literally took three minutes and I am not this articulate but I am going to attach it below .

Prayer To Fix This Broken Man​

Lord You know me better than anyone else, you know me better than myself. There was a time when my life was dim, nothing to hold on to as I fell from the limb. All the years of stuffing down the pain, a dark life with multiple names. The names were “selfish, angry and sad” this was what I believed so this was what I had.
I walked in turmoil without the regret, I coped with chemicals which I saw as my net. That safety net turned out to be a web, which sadly I sewed and started understanding as home. Over 17 years of feeding my pain, feeding on lies looking for my name. My pain was not kept inside for myself, it left a wake in it’s path and it felt like living hell.
Father God, You always were undoubtedly there, holding my head above this watery despair. Although I didn’t see it all of those times, as I look back now my gratitude shines. You NEVER left me and always pulled me up, always with Love and never giving up.
As I reflect on all of those years, it’s because of Your Blood that I am still here. Jesus you took a broken down man, and didn’t stop building with your Miracle Hands. I’m now a Husband to My Perfect wife, she was also Your way of saving my life. I look at my life and all of the love, Blessed with 2 children sent from above.
I was among the worst of the worst, but rather than judge me, You have quenched my thirst and continued to love me.. I still have times of sadness and tears, but Now I give to You the things I once feared. You are the love of my life, my protection and strength, my guidance and Light. I pray this prayer reaches a broken heart, I pray that they see You as their New start.
I pray that they feel the strength of your hands, and cry out “Abba, Fix this broke man!”
