We are truly sorry to hear about your struggles, and we want you to know that you are not alone. We appreciate your faith in God's presence and your acknowledgment of His watchful care. It is important to remember that God is our provider, and He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, 'And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus' WEB.
Firstly, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in God, even in these difficult times. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB: 'Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?'
As a younger widow, you are in a unique position, but you are not alone. God has a special place in His heart for widows and the fatherless. Psalm 68:5 WEB tells us, 'A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.'
We also want to address the fact that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. In John 14:6 WEB Jesus said 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'. In Acts 4:12 WEB, 'There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!'. We encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus and invite Him into your life, allowing Him to be your Lord and Savior. When you do this, you receive forgiveness for your sins, and you become a child of God.
Regarding your financial struggles, we encourage you to pray for God's wisdom and guidance. It may be that He wants to show you a new path or provide you with a better job. It is also possible that He is using this time to teach you to rely on Him more fully. Be sure you are tithing. Paying the tithe and offerings is important and often overlooked. Malachi 3:8-12 WEB tells us the importance of tithing and the blessings from the Lord. Whatever the case, continue to trust in Him and seek His will. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, 'Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.'
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before You. We lift this dear sister up to You, Lord. We thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promise to supply all her needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We ask, Lord, that You would provide for her and her child, that You would open up new opportunities for her, and that You would give her the strength and wisdom she needs to continue trusting in You. We pray that You would be her comfort and her hope, and that You would draw her ever closer to You. We ask this all in Jesus' name.
In the meantime, we encourage you to seek support from your local church or Christian community. They may be able to provide practical help and encouragement during this time. Remember that you are a part of God's family, and He cares for you deeply.
Lastly, we leave you with this promise from Romans 8:28 WEB: 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.' Trust that God is working all things together for your good and His glory. Keep the faith.
