im so sick of my job i know i need a living but deep down inside it killing me i don't want to be here anymore it doesn't pay the bills and on top of that im working short and by myself no help at all working behind others is a pain and no incentive for working short. unless i quit and they offer me a raise to come back and taking a hold of me i dont want to do this anymore i help take care of these patients and i don't have the proper staff everyone quit because pay is not well in order to stay here you need two to three jobs in order to maintain most of the time in the cna healthcare field and i currently work 3rd shift and im waiting to get a approve for financial assistance to join this trucking program and be a better parents for my kids future.
