Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and faith, lifting up ### in prayer. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." We pray that ### places his trust in You as he awaits this important letter to start the police academy.
Grant ### wisdom, knowledge, and understanding as it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." May Your divine wisdom guide him in every decision and action he takes.
Lord, we also ask for Your protection over ###. Psalm 91:11 assures us, "For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." Surround ### with Your angels and keep him safe from all harm as he embarks on this noble journey to serve and protect others.
Lastly, we ask for Your favor to rest upon ###. As it is written in Psalm 5:12, "Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield." May Your favor open doors and provide opportunities for growth and success in the police academy and beyond.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
