im lost tired and done

theres just so much on me right now esp with my relationship with my girlfriend and i really am completely broken dont know what to do. i dont even have enough energy to type everything here im just so done with life please i want things to get better i cant stop crying everything is hurting so much i am not able to pretend more i cant

things havent gotten any much diff or better and i feel as if its just getting worse, my health sseems to be getting affected a lot due to my mental stress, im not finding any joy in doing the things i loved to before, eating also feels forceful im so lost i dont know how to make myself better god please help me out
