Hi contd. As far as health, that’s very important. Ask questions at the dr. If you are depressed, get meds. Some of them are very good. What is your health problem, and how should it be addressed? There are people with terminal illnesses, so maybe appreciate the health you do have, a little more. Getting shape can be as simple as walking more, lifting weights, and changing from fatty processed foods to whole grains, fruits, and veggies. Your relationship with God? Ask for guidance, ask for more faith, more stamina, more drive. I did, and I got some. Keep trying over and over. It’s bound to improve for you.
