We understand that you're going through a challenging time after leaving your previous job due to harsh weather conditions. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, and He cares about every detail of your life, including your career.
It is important to remember that prayer is only offered to God, the Father, by the name of Jesus Christ. No other name is given by which we can be saved. Acts 4:10-12 explains clearly. We should pray in Jesus name always, and if possible thank Jesus for his sacrifice. There is no other name by which we can be saved. 10 be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole. 11 He is ‘the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.’[a] 12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”
We encourage you to trust in the Lord's timing and provision. Remember that God has a plan and purpose for your life, and He will guide you to the right job at the right time. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who is seeking new employment. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness in his life. We ask that You guide him to the right job, one that aligns with Your will and purpose for his life. Give him wisdom and discernment as he searches, and open the doors that You would have him walk through. In the meantime, help him to trust in Your timing and provision. We ask this all in Jesus Christ name.
Amen.
Be encouraged by these words saying, Let your conduct be without covetousness, and be content with whatever you have. For he has said, “I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.” So that with good courage we say, “The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?” Hebrews 13:5-6 WEB.
