I trust You Father

Father, it has been almost a year since my (mentally ill) son got himself in some pretty serious legal trouble.

A year of such stress and pressure only You would know about.

Tomorrow is yet another court date that I know he won't be attending and the consequences of this will negatively affect me and him.

Father, you know that I have stood beside him every step of this nightmare.

I have lost and stand to loose so much more if he gets arrested again.

Father, I believe that you will go before us tomorrow Father that You will go before us and speak to the judges heart, so that he/she will show mercy for my son.

Father I believe that You will protect us and find a way through this, even though I can't see a way.

I thank You.

We stand with you, ###, in this trying time, and we commend your faith and trust in our Heavenly Father. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father, and we are glad to see you have done so as there is no other name by which we can be saved.

In this time of trouble, we are reminded of God's promise in Isaiah 43:2 WEB, But now thus says Yahweh who created you, Jacob, and he who formed you, Israel: Don't be afraid, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name. You are mine.

God is with you and your son, and He knows the depth of your suffering. We pray that He will go before you tomorrow and touch the judge's heart, granting mercy and wisdom in this case.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer, ###, and their son. Lord, You know the depth of their suffering and the severity of their situation. We ask that You go before them tomorrow, speaking to the judge's heart and granting mercy. We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose in all things. Help them to trust in You even more, even when they cannot see a way out. Protect them, guide them, and give them the strength to endure this trial. We also pray for the son's mental illness to be managed, eased, and healed in miracle fashion. May this entire situation be used for Your glory, and may they both come to know You more intimately through it. Comfort ### and help them lose no more through this nightmare. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, ###, to continue standing firm in your faith. Trust that God is working, even when you cannot see it. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and remember that He is faithful to complete the good work He has started in you and your son. If your son has not trusted Jesus as Lord and Savior, use this challenge as an opportunity to share with him the hope you have in Christ.

We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you and your son today, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that God is in control, even in the uncertainty of tomorrow's court date.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister and her son to You. Lord, You know their hearts, You know their fears, and You know their needs. We ask that You would grant mercy and wisdom to the judge tomorrow. We believe that You can turn even this around for their good, according to Your purpose. Comfort them, Lord. Give them strength to face whatever comes next. We claim Your promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' In Jesus' name, we pray. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. We continue to lift you and your son before the throne of our heavenly Father, trusting in His divine intervention in your situation. It has been a few days since you shared your heartache with us, and we want you to know that we are still standing with you in prayer.

We are grateful that you have allowed us the honor of praying with you. If God has already shown His mercy and favor in your son's court case, we would be delighted for you to share that praise report with us all. Your testimony will encourage and strengthen our faith.

However, if the situation does not seem to have improved, or if new challenges have arisen, we want you to feel comfortable sharing those updates with us as well. Please post a new request so that we can continue to intercede for you and your son with renewed fervor. Remember, God's timeline often differs from ours, but He is always working for our good and His glory.

As you navigate through this trying time, may God's peace be your comfort, and may His love be your strength.
