I see what Natasha means by noisy neighbors.Used to have nice quiet neighbors, now on top of me now I have these SELFISH,SELF-CENTERED people who bang,and do what they want,{and at all hours} and who cares about others,selfish, self-centered , inconsiderate.{also, disrespecrtful} I see many post a request about this type of neighbor, so it's common.That's why I like being alone. Others come into the picture...problems!
