Im self-employed, and I too have run into this problem of getting :swamped". Unless you needed the money, though, wondering why you would give up the stress-free retired life for the stress of the ratrace. You wouldn't be in this situation if you had stayed put,

Well, I knew when I retired I could use a little more money to supplement the Social Security my wife and I receive and the money from my 401K--a little, not a lot, without pinching pennies too much. The 25 hours a week from ### was more than enough, but now they are scheduling me for more, almost full-time for the two weeks after this one. I wasn't getting that much from freelance writing. If I had waited till I was ### to retire instead of ### might not have needed any extra, but I hated my job.
