it seems that when I blow my nose 
. My condition gets worse and worser. I suffer with buildup mucus membranes,toxins,mucus and phlegm inside my lungs 
,chest and throat. I drink herbal tea 
every day. It clears my lungs and throat very little. So I also suffer with severe respiratory issues severe.
Let's lift up Lorenzo's worsening respiratory issues. "Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed" (Jer 17:14). Trusting Jesus for relief from allergies and mucus buildup. "They cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress" (Ps 107:19). We stand with you! 
. That little walk down stairs and back. Has me out of breath respiratory wise and difficultly.
