I need prayer to not have anxiety or panic now & to not freeze up hiding in my apt because i am scared & can't face life or going out of my front door

please take away all of these very constant feelings of soo much anxiety & panic & nervousness
that i keep experiencing 24 / 7 day and night & night & day with no relief in sight
please relieve my super high stress level & fully calm me down & take away all loneliness & isolation too
Please help me to always feel safe & secure & comfortable please despite what happened yesterday
& despite where i live & soo many other things that have upset & concerned me quite awhile now
