I need prayer to not have anxiety or panic now & to not freeze up hiding in my apt because i am scared & can't face life or going out of my front door

that i keep experiencing 24 / 7 day and night & night & day with no relief in sight
please relieve my super high stress level & fully calm me down & take away all loneliness & isolation too

that mentality that i must do every thing i can to just survive in life
because all i have understood is trying to survive & that is not real life or normal living day after day...i don't understand anything except trying to survive in life...
normal life has never been an option for me
