Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus on behalf of Neylyren, who is in need of Your intervention and guidance in her work situation. Lord, we lift up the abusive trainer at her workplace, who is causing her distress and pressure. We ask that You would soften their heart and bring about a change in their behavior. Help them to treat Neylyren and her coworkers with respect and kindness.
Lord, we pray for favor with her job, supervisor, and everyone she works with. May You open doors of opportunity for her and grant her favor in their eyes. Give her the strength and wisdom to navigate through this difficult situation. Help her to maintain her peace and not be overwhelmed by anxiety or fear.
Father, we ask for Your protection over Neylyren. Shield her from any harm or oppression that may come from her job situation. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and grant her restful sleep at night.
We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. We believe that You are able to bring about a positive change in Neylyren's workplace. We trust in Your sovereignty and ask that Your will be done in this situation.
