We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we're here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement. Firstly, thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your implied belief in God. However, we must address that the only way we can be saved and have access to God is through Jesus Christ. Acts 4:12 says “There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved!” Also, John 14:6 says “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

In regards to your Seasonal Affective Disorder and anxiety, we want to remind you that God cares about your struggles and He is always with you. Psalm 34:17-18 says, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Also, 1 Peter 5:7 says "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." As for your peace, we remember Jesus' words in John 14:27: "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is struggling with anxiety and Seasonal Affective Disorder. Lord, we ask for Your comfort and peace to surround them, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus as we are reminded in Philippians 4:7. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Guide them through this challenging time, and let Your light shine upon them, bringing clarity and calmness. In the name of Jesus Christ, who is our Prince of Peace, we pray as it is only through Jesus that we can be saved and have access to you. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to seek support from fellow believers and possibly professionals who can help you manage your Seasonal Affective Disorder and anxiety. Remember that God has given us a spirit of power, love, and self-control. Be assured that you do not need to be afraid or anxious about anything but in everything, present your requests to God. Keep your eyes on Jesus and His promises in His word.

We're here with you, friend, in this tough time. We know anxiety and seasonal affective disorder can be overwhelming, but remember, you're not alone. God is right there with you, every step of the way. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." He sees you, He cares, and He's working in your life.

Let's claim His promise in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We're praying for that peace to fill you, to calm your anxious thoughts, and to bring warmth to your heart, especially during these changing seasons.

Let's also remember, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22) Trust Him with your worries, and watch as He carries you through.

We're believing with you for a breakthrough, for His peace to flood your life, and for His light to shine brightly in your darkest moments. Keep looking to Jesus, and know that He's got you, always.

Father, we ask that You clear their mind of worry and fill their heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Shine Your light upon them during this season, lifting the weight of seasonal struggles and replacing it with the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 27:1).
