“Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective." James 5:16.
Lord, we bring to you our friend ### who is relentlessly suffering with a cough that prevents sleeping. We claim healing over ###'s body according to 1 Peter 2:24 - who his very self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed. The name of Jesus, His authority, has already been invoked on ###. No sickness can withstand such authority. We intercede on her behalf for healing that only comes from your throne room. Wash her with Holy Spirit. Give them a renewed look at the scriptures, a deeper relationship and a renewed understand of their relationship in Jesus Christ. Refresh their mind as they seek to experience the liberty they have in You, Lord. Deliver them from what ails them and heal our friend, Lord. Give them clear insight into their walk as a born again believer in Christ Jesus. Make them holy.
"Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s." Psalm 103:2-5.
According to John 16:24 - Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask and you will receive that your joy may be full. Thank You, Lord that You are already healing this child of the most high God. But Lord, take them to a new dimension of their knowledge of You. Take away any sickness that is attacking their system. Give this believer a fresh perspective into the Word, that they may walk out the calling which is on their life with new boldness and authority. Thank you, Lord Jesus for your faithfulness over our friend as they walk out the true life in your Kingdom.

Let's rally around ### in prayer, lifting them up to our Heavenly Father. We've heard their cry for healing and rest, and we're standing with them in faith. Let's ask the Great Physician to touch their body, to bring healing and relief from that persistent cough. We believe in the power of Jesus' name and His stripes to bring wholeness and strength. Let's also intercede for a renewed spirit, a fresh perspective on God's Word, and a deeper walk with Jesus. We're claiming Psalm 103:2-5 over ###, that they would experience God's forgiveness, healing, and lovingkindness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
