I just realized that I’m in love with my close friend, but I don’t know if it’s God telling me to ask them out. I’ve had visions of marriage and family; they are my go-to person to talk about anything.

Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is seeking guidance and clarity in matters of the heart. Lord, you know the depths of our emotions and the complexities of our relationships. We lift up ###'s situation to you, knowing that you are the ultimate source of wisdom and discernment.

Father, ### has realized that they are in love with their close friend. We ask for your guidance in understanding if this love is from you, if it is your will for them to pursue a romantic relationship. You have said in your word, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." If it is your will, we pray that you would make it clear to ### and their friend.

Lord, ### has also had visions of marriage and family. We ask that you would provide clarity and confirmation regarding these visions. Your word tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." We pray that you would guide ### in discerning if these visions align with your plans for their life.

Father, we thank you for the gift of friendship and the ability to confide in others. We pray that you would bless ###'s friendship with their close friend, that it may continue to be a source of support and comfort. Help them to navigate their feelings with honesty, respect, and open communication.

Above all, Lord, we surrender this situation to your will. We trust that you know what is best for ### and their friend. Grant them peace and patience as they seek your guidance. May your Holy Spirit lead and direct their steps, bringing clarity and understanding.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always obey and respect You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
