from the rain and the cold....

calm me down and help relieve this tension
anxiety and intense pressure that i feel
and take my physical pain away too please...for i am soo uncomfotable
and beside myself right now...

i can't do what i need to do
when i am all tensed up
and not at peace in my mind

i have much paper work to fill out and write
but i can not concentrate at all
or sit still long enough to do all of this...

HOLY SPIRIT
PLEASE
RAIN DOWN ON ME IN MUCH ABUNDANCE
YOUR NINE FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT

Fill me with your anointing
and your divine health and comfort me...

i just want to feel better
but i do not know how
at this point in time...

it is like i put my finger in an electrical socket
and i have been jolted with a thousand bolts....and i am electrified
but not in a good way
in a very unsettling way all day today...

this is soo not good
not at all.

i look to YOU alone
for what i have need of
as You would know best
how to ease my soo troubled mind
soul and spirit inside of me
and how to heal me physically from pain
so that i can just relax
and not feel soo uncomfortable...

It helps me to do confessions over myself and Loved ones, calling those things that are not as though they are, such as speaking health and healing to our bones and body. Pastor Creflo Dollar does these daily on YouTube and he was healed from Cancer, Hallelujah!!! Helps me to have faith in the finished works of Christ, especially helps with my mindset.
