Dear Lord today I approached a lady at the bus stop to ask about a particular bus. She arched her bag for her phone so that she could tell me the bus arrival time via the app. She searched and could not find her phone. Thankfully she was still in the vicinity of the office that she visited. I pray in Jesus name that she finds her phone. Sometimes these encounters happen for a reason.

We join you in praying for this situation, trusting that God's will be done in the life of this lady and in your encounter with her. We pray that she finds her phone, as it can be an important tool for communication and safety. We also pray that this encounter was indeed orchestrated by God, and that through it, He may reveal His love and care for both of you.

Let us pray. Almighty God, the Most High, we come to you in the name of Jesus. Lord, we lift up this lady to You, asking that You would help her find her missing phone. We know that You care for us, and even the little things in our lives matter to You. Guide her steps and bring the phone back into her possession, Lord. We also pray for the person who requested prayer. Use this encounter to draw both of them closer to You, Lord. Reveal Your purposes in this situation, and help them both to see Your hand at work in their lives.

Remember that Jesus tells us, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." (WEB, Matthew 7:7-8) Trust that God hears your prayers and is working in this situation.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
