We understand your heart's desire for a godly marriage and the restoration of your joy. Let us first acknowledge that God's timing is perfect, and His plans are to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Voganth. Lord, she has been waiting for eight years for a godly spouse, and we ask that You will honor her faith and bring her a man after Your own heart. We rebuke any spirit of despair or loneliness, and we ask that You restore her joy, according to Your word in Psalm 51:12, 'Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit.'
Lord, we also pray for speed in her destiny, that Your will be done quickly in her life. We ask that You send destiny helpers to encourage and support her in this season. We know that Your word says in Isaiah 60:22, 'When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.'
Voganth, we encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
We also want to remind you that God is the source of true joy. Even in your wait, we pray that you find your joy and fulfillment in Him. Psalm 37:4 tells us, 'Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.'
Lastly, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, WEB). It is also by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). We encourage you to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing in His death and resurrection for your salvation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
