Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s prayer requests. Lord, You know the desires and needs of ###'s heart. We ask that You hear these petitions and respond according to Your perfect will.
First, we pray for [insert specific request here]. Lord, we trust in Your power and grace to provide, heal, and guide in this situation. Your Word says in Philippians 4:6, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." We present this request to You with faith and thanksgiving, knowing that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.
Second, we lift up [insert specific request here]. Father, we ask for Your wisdom, strength, and peace to be upon ###. We stand on Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." May Your plans unfold in ###'s life, bringing hope and a future filled with Your blessings.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your timing and Your ways. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
