i just called my local agency
the local apartment did pass their inspection

and the case manage Iris did mail me the paper-work that i am
now waiting for all this week...last week the day that we had spoken
when i called her on the phone...

the case manager Iris told me to wait until Monday or Tuesday
to see if their paper-work arrives tomorrow or on Saturday

and in the meantime she is going to put another 2 copies
in the mail for me tonight which will be picked up
by the postman and then go out in the mail early tomorrow morning

and if i don't receive anything by Monday afternoon or by the latest on Tuesday
i have to then go to their office and pick up everything at that point in time

FATHER IN JESUS'S NAME
PLEASE LET EVERYTHING ARRIVE THIS WEEK FOR ME PLEASE...

I KNOW OUR MAIL SERVICE HAS BEEN SUPER-SLOW
AND WE HAVE HAD MANY DELAYS FOR DELIVERIES

AND MY LOCAL AGENCY DISCOURAGES VISITORS IN PERSON TOO
BECAUSE OF THIS WHOLE CORONA-VIRUS PANDEMIC

This afternoon i have to call a local agency regarding
the status of the local apt that i was offered to rent

Yesterday i believe it was supposed to be inspected
& i need to inquire if it passed the building inspection or not
It's oh-kay if it did not pass because the inspector will explain what still
needs to be done & they will be given a few weeks to fix it & then it
will have a re-inspection again

I also asked them to mail me re-certification paper-work in the meantime
which i then have to fill out before a lease can be signed with Howard
The Landlord
I called last week for that but i just checked the mail today
& i still have not received it yet

FATHER IN JESUS'S NAME
MAY I HAVE YOUR MOST DIVINE & ABUNDANT FAVOR
WITH EVERYONE WHO I SPEAK TO TODAY AT THIS LOCAL AGENCY
