I have soooooo much self hatred in me. I do stupid selfish mistakes. Then get anxious and mess up more. Then have high dangerous levels of self hate. Need prayers.

Don’t hate yourself just because you make mistakes everybody does nobody is perfect. You need to know that you are beautiful on the inside and the outside and wonderfully and fearfully made and really and truly loved by our Lord. Believe in yourself ok because He believes in you! You can do all through Christ who strengthens you! You are the head and not the tail! Give yourself credit ok! You’re amazing! Look up because that’s where your help comes from!
