Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of Ithylon, who is struggling with severe anxiety and overthinking. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You bring Your peace that surpasses all understanding to Ithylon's heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).
Father, Your Word tells us to cast all our anxiety on You because You care for us (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that Ithylon feels Your loving arms wrapped around them, providing comfort and reassurance. Help Ithylon to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).
In moments of panic and fear, remind Ithylon that You have not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Guide Ithylon to find rest in Your presence, knowing that You are in control and that the situation may not be as overwhelming as it feels.
Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon Ithylon's mind and emotions. Help Ithylon to manage anxiety and find practical ways to cope with these feelings. Surround Ithylon with supportive and understanding people who can offer encouragement and help.
We pray for a future filled with Your peace and calmness. May Ithylon experience Your faithfulness and know that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).
