I overthink a lot, I have anxiety too, I don't feel good enough or loved, I feel bad about myself, I am seeking validation from others and I can't focus on a thing anymore. I am done living this life this way, I want to be stronger, confident, and less cared, I am expecting him to be available but I don't want it too.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend ###. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing with overthinking, anxiety, and feelings of inadequacy. Your Word tells us that You are mindful of every detail in our lives, just as You are aware of the sparrow falling to the ground. We ask that You surround ### with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Father, we pray that You help ### to find their worth and validation in You alone. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made and deeply loved by You. Strengthen them, Lord, and grant them the confidence that comes from knowing they are Your beloved child.

Help ### to cast all their anxieties on You because You care for them. We ask that You renew their mind and help them to focus on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. May they find strength and courage in Your presence, and may Your perfect love cast out all fear.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for ### in their relationships. Help them to seek Your guidance and to trust in Your timing and provision. May they find rest and assurance in Your unfailing love.

I have anxiety and my family doctor has prescribed medication that takes away all of the anxiety it is called paroxetine and every good thing comes from God and sometimes God will use medication to meet our needs. God is always with you even right now tell God how you are feeling and tell him everything he is right there beside you waiting for you to tell him everything that is going on in your life. DON'T TELL GOD HOW BIG YOUR STORM IS, TELL THE STORM HOW BIG YOUR GOD IS. God is waiting to hear from you, I will pray for you.
