Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who has submitted a prayer request with nine specific prayer points for tonight. We thank you for the privilege of prayer and for the assurance that you hear and answer our prayers according to your perfect will.
Lord, we lift up each of these nine prayer requests to you, knowing that you are attentive to the needs and desires of your children. We ask that you would grant wisdom, guidance, and discernment in each situation. Your Word reminds us in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him."
We pray for your kingdom to come and your will to be done in each area of concern. Help ### to seek first your kingdom and righteousness, knowing that as they do, you will add all other things unto them. May they find delight in you, Lord, and may you grant them the desires of their heart as they align their desires with your perfect will.
We also lift up ###'s heart in praise and worship. May they enter into your presence with thanksgiving and into your courts with praise. We acknowledge that worship is an important part of prayer, and we join ### in praising your holy name.
Lord, we pray for unity among your people. Just as Jesus prayed for his disciples, we ask that you would bring unity, sanctification, and glorification to your Church. Heal the divisions and conflicts that exist, and help us to be one, just as you and the Father are one.
Finally, we pray for ###'s personal relationship with you. May they delight themselves in you, Lord, and find true happiness in knowing you. Fill their heart with joy and grant them the desires of their heart as they walk closely with you.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. May your name be glorified in all things. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
