I am so sorry you feel this way. I was in a similar place a few weeks ago but since posting prayers on this site and using the Bible app (would highly recommend - very insightful interpretations of God’s word giving guidance on how to be more like Jesus) I have begun the journey towards healing from depression.

Don't be discouraged, Our Lord knew your situation and every failure. Please listen to my advice. Get up early morning (2•00-4•00 a.m is better) if you don't know how to pray doesn't matter, praise and give thanks to our almighty God, especially meditate His suffering on the cross and give thanks for each one .
Do this worship four times a day, you must do like this before go to sleep ,spend at least one hour each time. If you obey my advice, every failure will disappear. You will receive great victory in your life within few days. I also pray for you.
