I have just about lost hope and stopped praying. I get tired of hearing myself pray for a chance to get out of my horrible job, and finally break free and do something satisfying, and better for my kids and I financially. Nothing is changing. Hardly anything positive, no matter how hard I seem to pray and keep trying and trying. I feel like giving up. I know I wont, but I have stopped praying as much.....

I do understand your frustration and despair. I, too, have had moments -(very dark moments)-when all hope, and any real, tangible answer to prayer seemed all but vanquished. Please do not give in to this! In the midst of our despair, we are still striving; trying to assert our will. Although, at the time, we feel abandoned by God; or even worse-starting to think that God does not exist. Please understand that Satan is the author and conductor of this darkness. As hard as it seems, we must focus exclusively on the Lord. I ask in the name of Jesus that this darkness leaves you now; and that a new peace and clarity enters your heart and mind. I ask You Lord to heal this dear person and their situation. I ask all of this Your most holy name - YESHUA - Amen and amen!
