I got a letter in the mail saying $4000 is owed to

Please Lord may  this issue be resolved quickly.  If it is a scam may the perpetrators be caught and charged.  Put a hedge of protection around this person especially his finances.  We put our trust in you regarding this matter and have faith the truth about this invoice will be revealed. Amen

This could be a scam, or it could be some sort of identity theft, so you should contact the state and ask to see these records.
