I feel sick about something I did. I drank to much and started spewing things that I meant and didn't mean. I hope it wasn't as bad as it feels. I don't mean to hurt anyone. I just have so much anger built up inside me and took it out on people I care about. I'm embarrassed and ashamed. Hopefully it wasn't as bad as I feel. I learned a valuable lesson.
