I feel almost selfish requesting this but ...

This was told to me last night by holy spirit. When you are in worship time with Jesus, write what comes to you. Play what comes to you. Record your music session so you wont forget what you played. It is only through true and proper worship that we may be able to discern the will of God. Read Romans 12:1-2.

Pray also for discernment.

I feel almost selfish requesting this but just a dream and prayer that has been on my heart since I was a kid. It's coming back up in my life especially during this quarantine. God has given me the gift of singing and since I realized, I've had some great opportunities to use it. I've always wanted to be a singer but I've lacked motivation and creativity to write songs, and be skilled in my instruments and making actual music in the recent years. I guess my prayer is, is that I don't compare myself to others in the music industry, that I have motivation for myself to create and write songs, and that doors open for oppurtunity again. I don't want to lack these things because I truly love music but I get so discouraged sometimes and I feel like if I truly want to pursue this as a career one day, I need to surround myself with God's covering and annointing over it all. Thank you guys so much <3
